1. What PlannerPath is
PlannerPath is an educational and developmental platform that helps learners practise realistic financial-planning and paraplanning work through simulations and build evidence of applied capability.
PlannerPath is independent. It is not a professional-body qualification, a qualification for FCA qualification or authorisation purposes, a regulated financial-advice service, an endorsement or an accreditation. Using PlannerPath does not guarantee employment, an interview, a placement, a qualification outcome or any specific career result.
2. Who operates PlannerPath
PlannerPath is operated by FINANCEED LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15474358. Registered office: 88 Wingrove Road, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE4 9BR. London trading/programme address: 38 Bartholomew Close, London EC1A 7HP.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use PlannerPath only for its intended educational and developmental purpose, and not to misuse the platform, attempt to access content or accounts you are not authorised to access, copy simulation content, extract answer keys or scoring logic, or interfere with the operation or security of the service. Our Acceptable Use Policy sets this out in more detail.
5. PlannerPath Live
PlannerPath Live is a paid in-person programme. Applying does not guarantee a place. Places are offered after application review. Once accepted and paid for, our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.
6. Intellectual property
All simulation content, scoring methodology, reports, branding, text, design and other material on PlannerPath belongs to FINANCEED LTD or its licensors. You may use it for your own personal learning or authorised institutional use. You may not copy, redistribute, reproduce, scrape, sell, publish or adapt it for any other purpose without our written permission.
7. No professional or financial advice
All client cases, scenarios and materials used in PlannerPath simulations are fictional and designed for training. Nothing on PlannerPath constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice or any other regulated advice. PlannerPath does not provide regulated financial advice of any kind.
8. Reports and human judgement
Where PlannerPath provides developmental feedback, a Foundations Diagnostic, competency evidence, a score, badge or benchmark report, it is designed to support human judgement and development. It must not be used as the sole basis for recruitment, rejection, progression, employment or other consequential decisions.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to make PlannerPath available and useful, but we may update, improve, suspend or withdraw features from time to time. We may also carry out maintenance or make changes needed for security, legal, operational or product reasons.
10. Liability
PlannerPath is provided with reasonable care and skill as an educational and developmental service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FINANCEED LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of PlannerPath. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
11. Ending your account
You may stop using PlannerPath at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, or where we reasonably need to do so for security, legal or operational reasons.
