Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 9 July 2026
This policy sets out what we expect when you use PlannerPath, so that the platform stays fair, secure and useful for everyone. It applies alongside our Terms of Use.
1. Use PlannerPath for its intended purpose
PlannerPath is for genuine learning, simulation, developmental evaluation and evidence-building in applied paraplanning and financial-planning skills. Please do not use it for any other purpose.
2. Do not access what is not yours
Do not attempt to access accounts, data or content that is not yours, or try to bypass access controls, authentication or security measures. This includes attempting to view answer keys, scoring logic, hidden assessment criteria or other users’ records outside the normal intended use of the platform.
3. Do not copy or redistribute content
Simulation content, scoring methodology, prompts, cases, materials and reports are provided for authorised learning use. Do not copy, screenshot for redistribution, scrape, publish, sell, share, reverse engineer or reproduce PlannerPath content outside the platform without written permission.
4. Do not upload inappropriate or confidential material
Do not upload real client files, confidential third-party information, sensitive personal data or regulated financial-advice materials unless PlannerPath has specifically agreed in writing that such material may be processed.
5. Keep your account secure
Do not share your login details with anyone else. Tell us promptly if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
6. Be honest
Complete simulations yourself and in good faith. Do not use PlannerPath to misrepresent your own ability or to complete work on behalf of someone else.
7. Be respectful
If you interact with other users, staff or PlannerPath representatives through the platform or a programme, do so respectfully. We do not tolerate abuse, harassment or discriminatory behaviour.
8. Do not interfere with the platform
Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, scan, test, attack, bypass, tamper with or interfere with the security, integrity or operation of PlannerPath.
9. What happens if this policy is breached
We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who breaches this policy. In serious cases, we may take further action, including contacting an institution, employer, service provider or legal authority where appropriate.
