Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to PlannerPath Live and other paid in-person PlannerPath programmes. It does not apply to the free online simulation platform.
1. If you cancel
If you cancel at least 72 hours before the programme start time, we will refund your fee in full.
If you are offered a place less than 72 hours before the programme, you may cancel within 24 hours of payment for a full refund, provided the programme has not already started.
For later cancellations, we may not be able to refund your fee unless we can fill the place from the waitlist or approve a substitute participant.
2. Substitutions
If you can no longer attend, you may ask to nominate a substitute participant at no extra cost. PlannerPath may approve the substitute if they meet the eligibility requirements and there is enough time to complete any necessary programme administration.
3. Non-attendance
If you do not attend and have not cancelled or arranged an approved substitute in advance, we are unable to offer a refund.
4. If PlannerPath cancels or reschedules
If we need to cancel or reschedule a session, we will offer you a full refund or the option to transfer your place to a future date, whichever you prefer.
5. Accessibility
If you have accessibility needs, please tell us when you apply or as soon as possible afterwards, so we can discuss how to support you on the day.
6. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights you may have.
